In accordance with Article 3, Section 4 of the Bylaws for Liberty Townhomes Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that an Annual Meeting of the Member is scheduled for Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

An election will be held to fill two (2) positions on the Board of Directors. 1 position for a term of two (2) years to the individual receiving the greatest number of votes. 1 position for a term of one (1) year receiving the second greatest number of votes.
