In accordance with Article 3, Section 4 of the Bylaws for Liberty Townhomes Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for Wednesday, December 1, 2021., via gotomeeting.com. During this meeting, we will by electing a three (3) member (owner) Board of Directors.

Since we are unable to conduct an in-person meeting, due to the Covid-19 threat, no floor nominations will be taken during the meeting. The Liberty Townhomes HOA anticipates posting election results on the Website within seventy-two hours of the transition meeting.

The meeting will be held via GoToMeeting. In order to join the meeting please visit https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/855728341 Also, to avoid an echo through the website when speaking, please call in to +1 (872) 240-3212 , access code 855-728-341. You may use a cell or landline phone.

Enclosed with this notice you will find a Proxy; in the event you are unable to attend the meeting.

To conduct the Meeting, a quorum of twenty-five percent (25% or 10 homes) of members must be present either in person or by proxy. If you are attending by proxy, please complete and return the proxy to Michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than Noon on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.
