In accordance with Article 3, Section 4 of the Bylaws for Liberty Townhomes Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for Tuesday, November 22, 2022, via gotomeeting.com. During this meeting, we will by electing a three (3) members (owner) Board of Directors.

The Liberty Townhomes HOA anticipates posting election results on the Website within seventy-two hours of the transition meeting.

Enclosed with this notice you will find a Proxy; in the event you are unable to attend the meeting.

To conduct the Meeting, a quorum of twenty-five percent (25% or 10 homes) of members must be present either in person or by proxy. If you are attending by proxy, please complete and return the proxy to Michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than Tuesday, November 22, 2022.
